Marking the beginning of Summer, May Day is synonymous with Irish traditions, superstitions, customs and tales of mischievous fairies!
Visit our exhibition houses adorned with yellow flowers to fend off the fairies, tie ribbons on the fairy tree for luck and listen to folklore tales. Enjoy traditional music across the museum and watch our talented craft demonstrators as they keep their heritage skills alive.
